Lookup for time series

Hello. Am new to vensim and have been trying to simulated the population model of my country. I wish to input the birth rate and death rate data as Lookup tables(given that they are time series data), but haven't been able to do so. Any suggestion will highly be appreciated. Thank you

Can you explain why you haven't been able to do what you need? What errors? Can you upload your model so we can see what you have done so we can point you in the right direction?

Thank you for your quick response. I have attached the model here. I will love to input time series data for the birth rate and death rate using a lookup table. The birth rate and death rate values vary each year.
