Custom graph no longer available in v9 PLE?

My students used to used PLE to create customized graph, but after they upgraded to v9 PLE, the tab to create graph in the Control Panel is gone. The only tab in the Control Panel is Dataset manager. Is that a glitch or supposed to be like that?

I saw that the Graph tab would only show up in the old sketch mode. is this function hidden somewhere in the new sketch mode?

It's still there. Click the little drop down button next to reveal it.
