use optimised parameters as starting values

Hi,

I am running MCMC to get best estimated constant values.
The best constant values after MCMC will be available as *.log files.

After obtaining the best constant values through MCMC
our models are still with their default values.

Is there a way to use the best constant values automatically as
default values before running simulation(s)?

It should generate a .out file, that can be used as a changes file in sim control to read the optimized values.
