No Mail received for PLE-download

Post by c_volpert »

Hello,

I tried the PLE-Download to describe it to my physics students, but I don´t receive a mail with download informations. I tried with a couple of mail-adresses.

Do you have hints why I don´t get the mails?

It's working for me.

Have you checked your spam folder?

Thanks for your answer.

Yes, I checked my spam folder(s). I tried again with another mail provider. This worked for me too. My normal mail provider is web.de. Trying with gmail.com worked. So probably it is an issue at web.de.

Thanks a lot!

I just made some changes to our mail configuration that *might* help with web.de in the future. Some hosts are just really aggressive at filtering and therefore create some false positives unfortunately.

Thanks, even if it still doesn´t work with web.de.
A few weeks ago it didn´t work (for me) with gmail.com and with schule.hessen.de either.

A few years ago it worked with web.de as well.

Anyhow, now I know, generally it works and I can give the Informations to my students.

Have a nice day and best regards from Germany (and I´m sorry for my mediocre english, since my english is a little bit "rusty")
