Download link not working on any browser

The download link sent by email for PLE on Mac is not recognised or accepted by Safari, Chrome of Firefox. Have tried everything but not able to access the download.

It's working fine for me.

It's even working for me if I modify the link I have and put your details into it.

The browsers just flip to search mode

The solution was to strip out text that Vensim supplied in front of the link but leave the trailing text at the end of the link. But then ran into every error mentioned on the Mac installation FAQ. Eventually downloaded the Windows version and ran it from Crossover. A steep mountain to climb to just install the software! Trying to sieve out dedicated users?

What mail client are you using?

The issues in the FAQ crop up often enough that we have them there. The majority of users don't have any problems (we see hundreds of successful downloads every day).
