Introducing SD to other social scientists

Hello fellow system dynamicists,

We have a multi-disciplinary team working on understanding water rights
transfers and water banking issue in New Mexico.
The team has social scientists new to SD. I have provided them access to
much of the SD literature.
I have searched the SD bibliography for work that might describe SD in the
context of our team members disciplines.

Can anyone suggest SD applications in cultural anthropology or social
communications theory?

Regards and thanks,

Len Malczynski

I dont know specifically about cultural anthropologists or
communication theorists, but Nelson Repennings acceptance speech for
the Forrester Award last year in New York dealt with this problem. I
think its available in the most recent issue of the System Dynamics
Review.

George Richardsons book provides interesting coverage of this area. My
wife, a social anthropologist, thought it was quite good.
