Launch of Sports Business Simulations Inc.

Dear Friends,

Today marks the official launch of Sports Business Simulations, Inc., or
"SBS."

SBS produces online business simulations of sports teams and leagues for use
in the college classroom. The objective is to provide an extra tool to
complement your instruction, thats also a fun game to play. Any kind of real
world macro sports business strategy can be used in SBS simulators.

SBS is the result of a partnership between Dan Rascher, PhD, the Director of
The Sport Management Department at the University of San Francisco, and
myself. My background is in system dynamics model development, and city planning.
I recently served as Economic Advisor to the Mayor of Oakland.

Our simulators our powered by Forio Business Simulations, server technology.
Michael Bean and Will Glass-Husain, the principals of Forio, serve as the
advisory board to SBS.

Last year, I constructed two simulators, one now called The XFL Simworld and
the other called The Oakland Baseball Simworld, which is based on the Oakland
Athletics. Dan expressed a need for my products in his class.

We decided to start SBS in December. SBS was incorporated in January and now
has seven officers.

Please accept my personal invitation to visit our site, play our simulations,
establish an account, and contact me with any questions.

Theres a three-day free trial. But the cost of each membership is just $27
per student, per class, regardless of a semester or quarter system. SBS is
also available to work with you to develop special simulators for your needs.
