Are there members of this listserv that are successfully applying systems
dynamics techniques and tools to educational messes, problems and change?
How can I best findout about your work and publications?
I am new to this list, so if this is an inproper question, forgive me.
Is there another list specifically focused on education (K-12)?

Karen,
Ive been working in this area.There will be a paper in the Review
next year that looks at some of the archetypes that rear their ugly heads
in different areas of university decision making. A paper has been written
for presentation at the APORS97 conference next week ( Fourth Conference
of the Association of Asian-Pacific Operational Research Societies ). Its
title is: When Strategic Plans are not enough: Challenges in University
Management. If these are the kinds of "messes" you or anyone else are
interested in Id be very happy to correspond.

Yes, Karen, I administer a small (350+ but growing) email discussion group
of people interested in using system dynamics and systems thinking
especially on the K-12 levels.

You can join the list by sending me an email request. Also, you will find
a lot of K-12 materials on our "sysdyn" web site (below) under the heading
"The Creative Learning Exchange."
