Mr Szulanski,

John Nyhart at Sloan School at MIT has attempted to demonstrate SD modeling
approach for use in negotiation in the international conflict resolution
context. I do not know how far the approach was actually applied. I have
been involved with one negotiation exercise in industry, but the
information is priviledged. I have also written a brief working paper
outlining possibilities in the context of contract design but have not had
time to pursue it further. I can send you a copy if this might be useful to
you.
