shut down automatically

My vensim professional keeps on shuting down itself sometimes. How can I deal with this problem?

What are the actions that cause it to shut down?

I don't really understand what the problem is. It happens sometimes when I just add a new variable. Some names of other variables are also changed automatically when this happens.

Use Model>Reform/Clean every couple hours when building models - this should help.
