Enterprise Design

Dear Colleagues,

My name is George Sousa and I am a Ph.D. student in Industrial and Systems
Engineering at Virginia Tech.
I would like to post a query to this discussion list around the broad topic
of enterprise design.
I am interested in the application of System Dynamics methodologies and
tools to strategic enterprise design issues, particularly as it relates to
enterprise and business process architectures.
At this point I am conducting a generic literature search... does anyone
have solid references youd like to share with me?

Communications. I think theres a piece on new corporate designs.
