I am sure that you will receive a number of replies mentioning "Desert
Dynamics" which is list of essential papers compiled by Anjeli Sastri and
John Sterman (JSterman@MIT.EDU). The list contains many (but not all) of the
papers that people in the field consider important.

Another resource for you is Productivity Press which took over the line of
system dynamics books from the M.I.T. press. They have a catalog of their
