I am interested in purchasing the proceedings from the 1992,
1994 and 1995 International System Dynamics Conferences,
which I believe were held in Utrecht, Netherlands, Stirling,
Scotland, and Tokyo, Japan, respectively. Regretfully the
proceedings are not available through the System Dynamics
Society. I was hoping someone might have an extra copy that
they could spare. Thank you.
