SF BAY AREA SYSTEM THINKING Meeting

June 1 -- James M. Ensign, M.H.A., Vice President & Technical Director for
New Century Healthcare Institute will be the speaker.
James is a talented communicator with over 10 years of experience in
using ITHINK. He will help participants enhance their understanding of
system-dynamic modeling with ITHINK examples. The audience will share
ideas on how to use this technology to effectively communicate
within teams and organizational structures.

This meeting is sponsored by the Bay Area Deming Users Group
Special Interest Group on Systems Thinking. The SIG Meeting will be
held in Mountain View from 3:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. just prior to
the regular Bay AreaDeming Users Group Meeting.

The speaker for the general session is Dr. Sylvia Shafto,
Director of the Master of Science in Systems Management
program at the College of Notre Dame in Belmont, California.
