Re: Download BUG
Can you let us know what email client you are using please?
You can also try a different email client. The download email is in text format, it seems that some email clients will now only display the HTML part of the email.

Or if you can, view the source of the email (in Thunderbird, you can click View->Original Message as....).

We've tested here on Outlook and all seems to be working fine.
Is your Outlook set up to only view emails as HTML?

Re: Download BUG
Hi, I have contacted our IT Support firm, they have tested all possibilities within Outlkook, also opening with web client, also including trying to download Vensim on their email accounts; result: all emails are blank. He says, the header of the email includes the information content = 0, therewith, it is not an issue of display. He assumes firewall from sender blocking the content? I can forward you my email...?

Re: Download BUG
I've just tried it again using a gmail account, a US based service and a UK based service. All worked fine. And the logs show 76 users have successfully downloading Vensim today.
Is your email service provided by Microsoft? If yes, can you try something like a gmail account?

Who provides your company email?
And it might be an idea to speak to your IT folks again and ask them to look into this in more detail.
