Sustainable rural development

Hello,

We are working on a program for sustainable rural development which is
centered on intensive fish production, intensive organic agriculture
production, clean water, liquid and solid waste treatments, low cost housing,
improved health conditions, improved educational opportunity, environmental
protection and restoration. We call this program Environmentally Clean
Communities.

The FAO, UNDP, WHO, CARE, Asian Development Bank, World Bank and others have
made favorable comments about our program and indicated their interest to join
with us albeit the two banks will probably do so only in a second stage of
development.
