Employers requiring System Dynamics skills

In early July I asked those on the listserve if they would kindly notify
me if they were interested in recruiting London Business School
Graduates with SD experience: my colleagues and I at LBS are frequently
asked by our students if we have contact details for potential employers
who use System Dynamics. I offered to compile a list of recruiters and
those who responded are listed below.

Please notify me of any errors and omissions. I intend that future
lists include all potential recruiters in the field, whether or not they
wish to recruit from LBS - let me know by direct e-mail if you wish to
include your firm.

My colleague, Kim Warren, and I at London Business School are often
faced with the question from our top class executive & MBA students "Im
really interested in these Dynamic perspectives - who are the top
recruiters looking for the System Dynamics skills I now have?". These
students come either from (a) LBS Strategic Modelling course with John
Morecroft and Ann van Ackere (which provides training in
conceputalisation, model-building and running a project with management
colleagues), or (b) from the Dynamics of Strategy (DynoS) programme
where Kim, John and I use SD in developing the Dynamic Resource System
View of Strategy (DRSV - strong SD foundations, but not model-building).
About 400-600 folk pass through LBS taking one or other or both of these
courses each year (& growing!) and a significant proportion of them wish
to seek further opportunities with companies using SD. I have a very
thin list of consultants and others using SD in Europe, which I supply
to them but it would be very useful (indeed a relief!) to have a more
authoritative list of world-wide recruiters. Would anyone reading this
who might wish to employ London Business School MBAs, however
infrequently, please contact me direct with their company details. I
will then compile a list and make it available to all comers at LBS and
in the SD community.
