Order to Delivery for Automotive Industry

Happy New Year!!

I am interested in reviewing dynamic models of " Order To Delivery" of
an automobile. I am particularly interested in including the
purchasing, design, supplier chains, dealers etc. workflow dynamics in
the model. The vision I have in mind includes a global perspective of
an auto industry.

Can anyone get me started in this area.
