one more time -- social capital session?

Previously I contacted the list regarding the possibility of having a
special session on the subject of social capital. Subsequently I have been
in contact with a small number of people regarding this. Although there is
some interest, it is insufficient to warrant a session on this subject at
this time.

However, I thought it would be worth asking again if there were other people
who have an interest in presenting papers related to the concept of social
capital, social networks, building of reciprocal trust within the community,
and related subjects. If so, then perhaps we should organize such a
session. If not, I will forget the idea for now.
