Cognitus Limited and Powersim

Cognitus Ltd and Powersim are pleased to announce a collaboration that
will significantly enhance the services that we both provide to the UK
and European markets. Cognitus will support Powersim to market its
system dynamics (SD) software in the UK, and Powersim and Cognitus will
work together to service UK and European customers. In particular, we
will collaborate to develop a completely new range of SD-supported
business products and services that we will market jointly.

Cognitus will not sell Powersim software directly, but will work
closely with Powersim Limited in the UK and with Powersim Software AS
in Europe to provide technical support, training and consulting
services.

Cognitus no longer has any associations whatsoever with Isee Systems
Inc (formerly High Performance Systems Inc) and training and consulting
services will progressively become based on the Powersim Studio range
of products.
