Hi,
I downloaded the latest version (10.2?) of PLE for my dissertation to my new PC (Windows).
I see that the equation editor is blurred. Is that normal? Or is it because of my PC?
Also, the max and min functions are resulting in errors when more than two values are used.
I had asked the same question before and Tom mentioned that the new version should fix it.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Steve

Re: Blurred view and max/min
It should not be blurry. Any chance you're using Remote Desktop?
I don't recall the status, but the variable-argument min/max may be in forthcoming 10.3, not 10.2.

Re: Blurred view and max/min
Looks like a font problem. You could try changing fonts in Tools>Options>Fonts.

Re: Blurred view and max/min
Definitely a font issue. Try courier new or segoe ui.

Thanks.
I tried Vensim on my iMac.
There it looks clear and normal.

Re: Blurred view and max/min
My colleague recently found out that this is related to different display scaling settings (125%, 150% etc.) in a multi monitor setup. If I understood correctly, it behaves like that:
1. model opened on display A (lets say a 4k monitor set to 150% scaling)
2. Vensim window is dragged to display B (Full HD Monitor with 100% scaling)
3. equation editor will still open on monitor A since the model was opened here initially, but will now downscale the opened popup.
