Simulation setup(Input Datasets)

Hi, i cannot find detail information about "Input Datasets" function in simulation setup. I tried to load datasets but they didn`t work. Is anybody can help me with it? thanks

Vensim PLE cannot make use of external data.

You would need PLE+, Pro or DSS.

Vensim PLE can import datasets in the .dat format, for display alongside simulation results. See the Model>From .dat format... menu item. You can't use it to drive the model behavior though.

You can put driving data in a lookup, which is fairly easy copy-paste from a spreadsheet.

Using a more advanced version gives you a lot more power and convenience.
